Ordering Patterns
Payment Options
Our preferred method of payment is by PayPal and we are set up to accept credit card payments. You may place an order by adding individual patterns by selecting the "Add to Cart" button next to each pattern. Add as many pattern to your cart as you wish. Check your overall order status by selecting "View Cart" found near the top of each collection page. This method requires you to have a Free PayPal account (clicking this link will open a new window).
If you would like order by email and/or send a check or money order, please contact us via email at Crochetcraftsbyhelga@gmail.com. Provide your name, mailing address, method of payment, and the pattern number and name for the pattern(s) you are interested in purchasing. We'll send you an invoice via email. Please note we hold orders until checks clear. Orders paid by Money Order are shipped upon receipt of Money Order.

Shipping Information
We recently went to electronic patterns to eliminate shipping and handling costs for our customers. All our patterns are now in electronic PDF format with a light watermark across each page. A free PDF reader is available on-line (clicking on this link will open a new window). Since we manually process all orders, please give us a few days after we receive your purchase and you should receive an electronic copy of the pattern. Taxes
We are currently not required to collect state taxes for internet purchases. This many change in the near future. We will update this page as new information becomes available.
